We will ship your order no later than the next business day.

Within Germany, you will usually receive your package within 1–3 business days.

For the rest of the world, delivery time is approximately 4–6 business days. Once your package is on its way, you will receive a tracking number via email.

You can return your order within 14 days if you realize that something doesn't fit after all. The only important thing is that the item is in its original condition—i.e., it has not been worn, washed, or used in everyday life.

Trying it on at home is, of course, perfectly fine.

To return an item, simply use our contact form and enter your order number and the reason for the return.

You will then receive a permanently valid store credit from us, which you can redeem at any time for future drops or pre-orders. No expiration date, no stress.

If you would prefer a refund, that is also possible. Please note that processing may take a little longer and, depending on the payment provider, can take up to 7 business days.

Unfortunately, cancellations are not possible, as we process every order immediately upon receipt and prepare it for shipping right away.

We want to ensure that your package arrives as quickly as possible, which is why the process cannot be stopped after the order has been placed.

If you are unsure after receiving your order, you can of course initiate a return.
